Through yoga and intuitive dancing we can actively nourrish our body and make our energy flow. In addition, the relaxation massage acts passively on the body and mind providing a moment of deep relaxation. A moment where we can lie down in total trust and completely surrender. Massage has a deep impact on our general well-being. It increases the feeling of happiness and reduces stress through the production of oxytocin and endorphins. The blood circulation is stimulated and waste is removed faster. Because our body is purified, a new energy can circulate. This energy flow has a positive effect on our immune system. Massage can therefore be good as a prevention for illness, but can also serve as a recovery after a major effort or to only completely relax.

The massages I give are relaxing, non-therapeutic massages. They are a combination of Janpanese and Swedish massage. They will make you feel better in body and mind, allow you to let go of tensions and to deeply relax.
